How we treat stains

Yes, you can always search online to find the best ways to be rid of stains, and if you’re lucky you’d be able to get rid of the surfacing stain mark.  What most of these guides do not address is the underlying stain that causes the odor.

  • Pre-inspect the stain and identify the cleaning products and the effort required to remove it completely.
  • Using our high-power equipment with the chosen cleaning agent (usually with a high pH level) we apply from top to bottom of the affected area.  We want to really work in the solution here to address the issue from the root.
  • Apply deodorizer to remove the odor permanently.
  • Dry the affected area.

This process can be done within minutes of starting.  The key is in applying the cleaning solutions and cleaning it in just the right manner.  A little too hard of a scrubbing and your carpet could lose its color which does us no good in the end.  A little too light and we don’t completely eliminate the stain.
