Kids Empire - Fun For All
Kids bored at home during the Summer holidays? As the sun glares right back at you in the scorching heat in Mesquite, you try to think of some indoor activity until it gets to at least a non-scorching level outside for your kids to enjoy. You’ve done anything and everything from video games to Netflix to even Chuck-E-Cheese. What now? I’ll tell you what now, Kids Empire!
Kids what, you ask? Well I don’t blame you if you haven’t heard, but this fun place opened up late last year to a great reception. I remember back in the day when I got lost in a maze and crawled endlessly through tunnels with my brothers to find our way out - good days! I always thought it was quite a bummer my kids did not experience such joy, well that all changed recently when we visited Kids Empire. The place has just so much going on, from your classic ball pit to various play structures to slides and climbing walls. Oh and let’s not forget the soccer area and the dance floor! Your kids will be sure to have a good time here, that much is guaranteed. Might I add adults don’t hold back either as I’ve seen plenty get in on the fun. Check out the Kids Empire website for all the feature fun and activities.
As far as the logistics go, pricing is $15 per kid - adults get in free. Do remember to grab socks though as there’s an extra $2.50 charge for socks that they provide. The admission is for a full day, with readmission being allowed throughout the day at no extra charge. You may want to have something to eat before you go, or plan to have something right afterwards as the facility does not have anything substantial in terms of food. There are snacks and candies for the children to delight in however. There is a specific area for the really little ones, the toddlers. So parents don’t need to worry that their little ones get lost or run over by the big ones.
To conclude, this is a great addition to the city of Mesquite. While there are a decent amount of things to do here, the kids always felt like they got the short end of the stick. Kids Empire fixes that and then some!
